Selling A Home In The Tampa Bay Area

Selling a home is the largest business transaction most of us will ever make. The selling process can be very complex and time consuming, but with our help and expertise you'll find the process is pretty straight forward.

One of our biggest responsibilities will be to arrive at a fair estimate of your home's market value by conducting a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of your home. When performing a CMA, we'll look at and analyze the real estate market in your neighborhood and compare your property to very similar properties that recently sold to make sure the price we set for your property reflects the fair value of your home under current market conditions.

If you're looking to sell your home in Northwest Hillsborough County, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, or another community within Northeastern Pinellas County or West Central Pasco County, then there's no other real estate team that will work harder for you than ours. That's a guarantee!

Regards,

Casey & Cheryl Wilkening
